MISSION
Promote, organize and direct sports, recreation and physical activity in accordance with the processes of National, Departmental and Municipal Planning, the public management policies of the Administrative Department of Planning and Public Function and the Guidelines established in the National System of Sport by the Ministry of Sport; give legality to the process of constitution, sports recognition and renewal of sports clubs and associations and manage and preserve the use of parks and sports venues in the municipality of Valledupar, under its responsibility.
VISION
In 2029, the Institute of Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity INDER VALLEDUPAR will be recognized at a National and International level, as a Transparent, Leading and participatory Entity, with accredited quality certification for the development and promotion of its mission objective, the application and implementation of the public policies of the sector, the guidelines of the National Sports System and the organization of major sporting events, with wide recognition of the sports organizations and the population in general of the municipality.
